MGIMO at EAIE Exhibition

September 25th-27th, the 31st annual conference and exhibition of the European Association for International Education (EAIE) took place in Helsinki.

The EAIE Conference and Exhibition 2019 was their largest venue and gathered more than 6,000 participants from 95 countries. This year’s theme was «Encompassing all voices», and the goal was to expand the globalization of the educational space and access to education, regardless of social barriers.

At the conference and exhibition, different platforms were set up for participants to network and discuss the prospects of launching new inter-university cooperation programs: round tables, seminars and presentations. MGIMO representatives made good use of the EAIE events to establish new contacts with universities of a similar profile and held a number of meetings aimed at increasing the University’s on-line presence.

MGIMO’s stand was held by the Head of the International Office Egor Andreev, the Dean of the School of Government and International Affairs Mikhail Troitskiy, and the Deputy Director of the ASEAN Center, Ekaterina Tronevskaya.
