MGIMO Endowment Scholarship for the students of the MGIMO School of Government and International Affairs (SGIA)

The students of the MGIMO School of Government and International Affairs (SGIA) were solemnly awarded the MGIMO Endowment Scholarship certificates on September 25 during the MGIMO Academic Council meeting.

SGIA 4th year students Cecchini Irene, Ahlund Olivia and Mokrai Mate are the winners of the «MGIMO Endowment Scholarship» for the MGIMO School of Government and International Affairs. Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of the University, and Aleksandr Bobrov, Dean of SGIA, congratulated the students on their achievement. The scholarship contest was held on the basis of the students’ academic performance, participation in research and public activities of the university and the school.

In 2023, the MGIMO Endowment established a special Endowment Scholarship for outstanding SGIA students. The School’s top international students are to be awarded a one-time payment covering 50% of the cost of their final year of undergraduate studies. The SGIA team plans to further develop the system of rewarding its best students.
