President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev awarded MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov with “Dostlug” Order

On August 25, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the order to award MGIMO Rector Anatoly Torkunov with “Dostlug” Order for his special services rendered to the strengthening of cooperation and mutual relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation in the field of education.
